Thermocouple Cable & Compensating Cable

Hariom Techno Cables Thermocouple Extension and Compensating Cables are designed for use in process plants and various industrial applications where maintaining a cold junction at the end of a thermocouple is impractical or sometimes impossible. In such situations, it becomes necessary to extend the thermocouple to a reference point located at a considerable distance. This can be effectively achieved using thermocouple extension or compensating cables. Our thermocouple extension wires and compensating cables are manufactured to maintain characteristics similar to their respective thermocouples within the recommended temperature range as per ANSI MC 96.1 standards. These cables allow the element conductors to be extended to a location where a stable temperature can be maintained, thereby transferring the effective cold junction to the remote end of the extension or compensating cable for accurate temperature measurement.
